Since the establishment of Tysim Piling Equipment in 2013, based on its over 10 years' experience in research and development of piling equipment, Tysim technical team has developed a specially customized drilling rig series for State Grid Corporation of China to execute power construction, demonstrating Tysim’s commitment to solve the various construction problems in power grid construction. Understanding the great difficulties and high risk in the pylon foundation construction of power grid construction, through five years of research, development and testing, Tysim has successively developed five models of efficient & safe power construction drilling rigs for State Grid Corporation of China, which arwidely known as the "five brothers for electric power construction" in the industry. The use of these equipment shortens the completion time of a tower foundation project from one month using manual workers to only three days, proving to be 40 times more efficient than manual work. According to the feedback of the constructors, the "five brothers for electric power construction" had greatly improved the work efficiency, shortened the construction period, and saved on manual workers input. Most importantly, they also effectively eliminated the problem of life threathening risk when mannual workers are carrying out the foundation pit operation. The safety level of the the manual workers has been improved from level III to level Ⅳ.
