This project is a local leisure square project near the subway in Singapore. Our company’s KR220M is equipped with a multi-functional mast and a single-axis mixing device for construction. The diameter of the mixing pile is 1200 and the mixing depth is 12 meters. It is expected that 7-8 square meters of cement slurry will be poured in a single pile.
Construction method:
1.Fill with water while drilling down to the required depth
2.While lifting the cement slurry forward, the speed of lifting is controlled at 0.8-1m / min to ensure sufficient mixing.
3.While lowering the cement slurry forward to the required depth, the speed is controlled at 0.8-1m / min.
