TYHEN Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Taian Driving School jointly established the rotary drilling rig machine training school. It will officially open in August this year in Jiangxi.At present, the first batch of students have already practiced in our company’s construction site, and some students have become operators.
After two months of training, the graduates will go through three stages: theoretical learning, practical learning and on-site practice. Each stage of learning will be subject to rigorous assessment, and only after passing the assessment they can enter the next stage of learning.It is the “top priority” of our training to focus on the effect by stages.Only by working hard at school can we achieve independent work as early as possible in the future.
It has been said that there is no two or three years of operators’ training can not work independently.However, today we dare to challenge the industry paradox, our vision is to use a systematic training program, military-style management, in 2-3 months to create a single geological site can work independently of the students.
Li Fan as our first phase of graduate students, has become our company staff, in WUXI, ZHEJIANG, ANHUI and other sites for independent operation.
Liu Xiaoqiang, as the second batch of trainee in our company, is currently working at our construction site under the guidance of an old operator.
